The staff at the Albury Day Surgery endeavor to provide all patients with the best possible care. Honest input and feedback from our patients helps us continually improve.
We survey patients regularly on services such as the food provided, waiting times, staff interaction, environment and cleanliness, informed financial consent, patient privacy and the provision of pre and post-op information.
We also survey our patient’s carers, doctors and suppliers. All feedback, whether positive or negative is gratefully received and promptly acted upon.
