We require your hospital admission forms 1 week prior to your procedure date.

Hardcopy booklets can be picked up from our front reception. 

Preparing for your procedure 

Your Specialist will have provided you with fasting and bowel preparation instructions (if applicable). If you do not have a copy, please get in touch with us or your Specialist. 

Call your Health Insurance and ensure you are covered for your procedure and if you have any Hospital Excess payable.  
If you do not have Private Health, please contact our Administration team for a quote. 

We will provide you with an admission time the day prior. You will receive an SMS and a pre-admission call from one of our nurses.
