Our ongoing equipment upgrades enhance surgical precision, patient safety, comfort, and recovery outcomes across all procedures. By continually introducing new and innovative technology, we ensure our patients and specialists have access to reliable, efficient, and contemporary healthcare solutions in a safe and professional environment.

ZEISS ARTEVO 750
Our hospital is equipped with the ZEISS ARTEVO 750, one of the most advanced surgical microscopes available worldwide. This state-of-the-art system features integrated digital visualization and CALLISTO eye® markerless guidance technology, enhancing precision and efficiency during ophthalmic procedures.
The ARTEVO 750 provides exceptional optical clarity, improved ergonomics, and real-time data overlays to
support optimal surgical outcomes. In addition, we operate the latest Alcon surgical platform for cataract and vitreoretinal (VR)
surgery. At the time of installation, we were proud to be one of only 20 sites across Australia and New Zealand selected to implement
this world-leading technology.
This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standard of care through innovation, precision, and advanced surgical capability.
ALCON UNITY VCS (Vitroretinal Cataract)
Unity VCS is described as Alcon’s “most advanced vitreoretinal and cataract surgical innovations” combined in one integrated platform. The system provides surgeons and technicians the benefits of maximised operating room space within one device.
It also includes optional laser indicated for photocoagulation, iridotomy and trabeculoplasty procedures.
